Good quality place all in all, has amicable staff by who I assume was the manager. The breakfast offers plenty of toast and cereal. The hotel has a perfect and quiet location in an accessible area. And it's nestled in a lovely building so close to the restaurant, the beechwood inn needs to improve a lot, and Birmingham.

The hotel felt like a comfortable base for one night, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and cereal at breakfast. My room was extremely spacious, complete with Wi-Fi and a kettle. The setting was marvelous, adjacent to an exhibition at the NEC, and the restaurant which was part of the deal.

It was an economical place to stay for the night. Reception and bar staff were helpful but over worked.

The hotel is showing its age and needs some investment regarding external appearances. The rooms suffered noise from taxis, closing doors and noise from the corridors

Convenient for central Coventry, but staff felt part time - more like a pub with rooms than a hotel

The rooms were newly decorated and reasonably large with neat bathrooms. The food was fabulous, I tried toast and cereal.

The place was really clean and the staff, especially the manager, was top-notch 👌. Additionally, it was just a 30-minute drive from the airport.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant served lovely food. The staff were helpful though a little stretched as they were covering the bar, restaurant and reception. Car parking was easy to access and lots of it. Internet didn't work in room at first but with some persistance it worked really well.

Breakfast was very basic with cereal, toast, juice and hot drinks with 1 choice of tinned fruit. You could pay more for a hot breakfast.

The rooms are nicely decorated, with a cozy four-poster bed and comfortable seating, and the team is very attentive to guests' needs.

Location was great for me, as I originate from that area. Very handy for city centre access if you are reliante on public transport.

The food for breakfast was lovely, coffee and cereal. Our rooms were tidy and recently refurbished with four poster bed spa bath, the shower, free Wi-fi. It was really close to the beechwood inn needs to improve a lot and bought up to standard, and a 13 century manor house, good location overall.

Ideal location, Birmingham airport was 25 km away. Our rooms were well heated and newly decorated with wardrobe space, four poster bed spa bath, for example.

Everything met our needs, and I would stay there again. we had a good stay on a Friday and Saturday night. I had amazing toast and cereals in the morning. The location was perfect and peaceful, near the restaurant as part of the deal. It was also in an accessible area.

Nice and peacfull location, just the thing after hard days work.
